Real Estate Development
Mr. John Fosdick leads JDDA Group’s Real Estate division and enjoys covering the entire spectrum of asset management, financing, leasing, property management and maintenance. He applies hands-on management experience in office, retail and multi-family income property segments.

A native Houstonian, Mr. Fosdick received his education at the University of Texas in Austin with an emphasis in finance and marketing. Throughout his management career, he has helped to develop and grow a wide array of businesses including alternative energy, citrus import-export, food and beverage operations, entertainment, advertising, non-profit higher education and commercial real estate.
