Mr. Mario Cediel leads JDDA’s business. With more than 15 years of experience in the airport industry, Mario’s expertise ranges from operations and menu development to managing multi-million dollar airport operations in San Antonio and Houston. He is currently responsible for leasing, supervising and managing more than 27 food and beverage operations in over 20,000 square feet of terminal space at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Mario’s primary focus is to ensure customer and client satisfaction through the effective operation of the firm’s branded food and beverage concepts. He serves as the primary contact for the airport landlord, airport tenants, and the traveling community at large in a very demanding, 24/7 environment. Raised in Columbia, Mario earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and is fluent in English and Spanish languages.
